About the Program
Leadership Dorchester is an 11-month intensive study of the political, civic, economic, and social dynamics at work within Dorchester County.
Over the course of a cycle, participants examine how the county is governed, how its economy functions, which institutions shape daily life here, and how sustained growth is changing each of those things at once.
Participants come away with a working understanding of the region — the kind of context that is difficult to assemble on your own, and that makes a difference when you join a board, lead an organization, or take on a civic role.
